The CSM 2025 was approved by the 54th Session of the Fourth Lhengye Zhungtshog held on June 26, 2025 as conveyed vide Cabinet Secretary’s letter No. C-3/54(5)/2025/ 591 dated June 30, 2025. The CSM 2025 will be effective from ist July 2025 till the end of the 13th Five Year Plan.
All concerned agencies and dzongkhags are hereby directed to implement cost sharing between government and beneficiaries as per the provisions of the CSM 2025.
